Silver Swallows

A ballet based class for our more ‘mature’ aspiring dancers, that encourages using your core muscles to help with balance, while using music and movement to stimulate muscle strength.

Starting in term 1, 2018, Danzworx would love to introduce Silver Swallows - A class for our more mature 'aspiring' dancers.

Our classes will run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings each week, with a ten-trip ticket available so you only pay when you attend.
